Finding the hotel was challenging due to unclear signage. Upon arriving, I noticed that the breakfast facilities were cramped. The limited breakfast options ran out early, leaving me with little to choose from. I also found the bed's pillows to be quite unsatisfactory.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location. The staff were accommodating, allowing me to keep my luggage after checkout to enjoy my last day. The room was quite small, making it a bit challenging to navigate comfortably.

The location close to metro stations was comfortable. The staff were amiable and great, overall. I greatly enjoyed the big size room.

The bathroom was dirty, I didn't like it.

Near a train station, the location was comfortable and particularly good, very near to train station. The room was impeccably clean and what's more - included a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet.

Room size is cramped with lacking storage options!!! A few shelves would greatly enhance the experience for longer stays!!! The cleaning policy needs reviewing as rooms sometimes miss a thorough check!!!

The room was spotlessly clean with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and a writing desk.

Excellent place for exploring Tokyo. Clean hotel with helpful and amiable staff. Convenient and particularly good location just a pleasant stroll away from an attractive shrine. 5 min walk from the metro station.

My stay as a couple was a savory adventure! The Welsh pastries at the local café were an amazing treat, and I loved the peaceful ambiance while savoring fresh eats from restaurants like Usagiya and Burger&Milkshake Crane, all just a short stroll away. The location was spot on for exploring Ueno Park without the typical tourist hustle!

Had a bit of a hassle with the cleaning policy. Even with the sign outside my door, the room was untouched other than fresh towels! They also hiked my room rate when extending my stay due to a flight cancellation.

Couples need to consider

The location is super convenient, a easy walk from multiple train lines , made it easy to explore stuff. The staff? Absolutely great, they helped me a lot and even printed my boarding pass, no charge!

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what you get, it's still acceptable.
